Title: Forgivness Matters
Text: Ephesians 4:30-32
Forgiveness matters in every Christian life because it is a true way to heaven. Forgiveness is defined as the act of assuming that a wrong act in the past was never committed. Another way to define forgiveness is a grace in action. To forgive is also to let go when someone commits a sin against another. Another word for forgiveness is to show mercy.
When you forgive, the wrong that hurts is totally forgotten, and you completely let go without revenging.
Why must we forgive?
Forgiveness is not an approval. When you forgive someone, it doesn”t mean you approve of what they do,
you are simply releasing the hurt that they have caused you. (John 8:11)

Forgiveness is a painful act and at times it requires a big sacrifice. When done, in totality, without bitterness, the reward is great.
The essential tool to forgiveness is that it gives room for answered prayers.
