Then H-A-R-D-W-O-R-K would be 8+1+18+4+23+15+18+11=98%
And K-N-O-W-L-E-D-G-E would be 11+14+15+23+12+5+4+7+5=96%
But A-T-T-I-T-U-D-E would be 1+20+20+9+20+21+4+5=100%
THEN, look how far the Love of God will take you:
L-O-V-E-O-F-G-O-D is 12+15+22+5+15+6+7+15+4=101%
Therefore, one can conclude with mathematical certainty that: Hard Work and Knowledge will get you close, and Attitude will get you there, It’s the Love of God that will put you over the top!
What is attitude:?
As a noun, attitude is a settled way of thinking or feeling. The position of the body in the way it carries itself. The way you talk also counts as attitude.
The word of God regarding attitude
1. The Truth
The truth is the Word of God, and the Word of God is the truth. Therefore, if your attitude contradicts the word of God, then you are not for the Lord and cannot call yourself a Christian. Our life is programmed to behave in a way that is pleasing to the environment we live. However, we encounter unpleasant situations and this makes us to react negatively because our mindset will not allow such things to keep us off track.
2. Attitude towards God
What should my attitude towards God be?
- -Total Devotion
- -Love
- -Commitment
What should my attitude towards life be?
1. Simplicity
Simplicity (take life easy)
If you handle life simply, you will have peace constantly.
2. Life is futile
Understanding that life is futile (it’s vain).
Things like pleasure are considered to be futile. Pleasure is only good in the right context.
Do not allow the world system to determine what success is to you. For the world to consider you to be a successful person, you must have earn a certain amount and have a amount of figures for you to be successful.
Why Does It Matter?
What God counts as successful is meeting the targets, fulfilling the destiny he has created for you and making Him happy as your Father in Heaven.
As Christians, we need to treat the things of this world as if they are fleeting. We need to enjoy things sparingly. We need to hold them by the ends so that if God asks for them back, we can do so willingly.
Attitude to Giving:
-Giving is perfect. God wants us to bless others as he blesses us. If we fail to bless others with the little God blesses us, we shouldn’t expect God to bless us with greater things.
Attitude to receiving:
-We need to be humble and open to receiving. God can use anybody to touch your life. Help can come from every corner but we need to learn to stop being arrogant and receive help.
